These terms cover your use of zaarmtech.com and everything on it — the free online tools, the legacy software downloads, the blog, the Q&A section, and the post scheduler. By using the site you agree to them.

What this is

Zaarm Tech provides free online tools. There is no paid tier, no subscription, and nothing to buy. We provide the service as-is and may change, limit, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the files, images, captions, and posts you put into our tools. We claim no ownership and no licence to use them for anything beyond performing the operation you asked for — converting the file, or publishing the post you scheduled. Most tools never send your files to us at all.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
• process content you do not have the right to process — including removing protection from documents you do not own;
• send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or publish content that violates the rules of the platform it's going to;
• attack, overload, probe, or circumvent rate limits on our infrastructure, or use automated means to consume tools at scale; or
• upload malware, or anything designed to harm other users or our systems.

We may block access if you do any of this, without notice.

Accounts

Some tools require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete it at any time — see Data Deletion.

Connecting third-party accounts

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to the scheduler, you confirm you are authorised to publish to it. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for making sure what you publish complies with them. We act only on the instructions you give us — we publish what you schedule, when you schedule it, and nothing else.

We can't guarantee delivery. Third-party APIs go down, revoke tokens, change rules, and reject content for their own reasons. We will tell you when a scheduled post fails, but we are not responsible for the consequences of a post that doesn't go out.

Legacy software downloads

The downloadable software on this site was written years ago, is no longer maintained, and is provided purely as-is. It may not work on current systems. Run it at your own risk, and don't rely on it for anything important.

No warranty

Everything here is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise the tools are error-free, that conversions are lossless, or that the site will be available. Always keep your own copy of anything important before you process it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zaarm Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost data, lost files, lost revenue, or a post that published late, early, or not at all.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
