Data Deletion | Zaarm Tech

You can remove your data from Zaarm Tech at any time, and you don't need a reason. Here's exactly how, and exactly what happens.

If you only used a browser-based tool

There is nothing to delete. Our PDF and image tools process your files entirely on your own device — we never received them. Closing the tab already discarded everything.

Disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account

There are two ways, and either one is sufficient:

From this site: open the post scheduler, go to your connected accounts, and choose Disconnect.
From Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Zaarm Tech, and remove it.

When you disconnect, we immediately and permanently delete:

the stored access tokens for that connection,
the list of Pages and Instagram accounts associated with it,
any cached samples of that Page's writing style used for caption drafting, and
any posts you had scheduled but not yet published, along with their uploaded media.

Posts that already published are not affected — they are live on your own Page and belong to you. Delete those from Facebook or Instagram if you want them gone.

Deleting your whole account

Email admin@zaarmtech.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 7 days and always within 30.

This deletes:

your account record (name, email, profile picture),
every connected Facebook/Instagram account and its tokens,
all scheduled posts, drafts, and uploaded media, and
any saved tool settings.

Requesting deletion without an account

If you asked for a software download or posted a question, email admin@zaarmtech.com and tell us what to remove — the email address you used, or a link to the post. We'll need enough detail to find the record and be confident it's yours.

What we may keep, and why

We keep minimal abuse-prevention logs (an IP address, a timestamp, and which tool was used) for up to 90 days after the event, even after an account is deleted. These contain no file contents and no post contents, and exist so that rate limits can't be bypassed by deleting and recreating an account. They age out automatically.
