About this tool
Connect the Facebook Pages you manage, along with any Instagram professional accounts linked to them, and plan a whole run of posts from one screen: drop in your images, write the captions, pick which accounts each post goes to, space the times out, and schedule the lot in one go. One post can go to a Page and its Instagram together, or to either on its own. Facebook posts are handed to Facebook's own scheduler; Instagram has no scheduling API of its own, so those are published for you at the time you set. This tool is still being built in the open — video, stories, and automatic caption drafting are in development. We only ever publish what you explicitly schedule: we never read your personal profile, feed, or messages, and we never post anything on your behalf that you didn't set up yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule posts yet?
Yes, to both Facebook Pages and Instagram. Add your images, choose which accounts each post goes to, set a time, and schedule them together. Facebook requires its scheduled posts to be between 10 minutes and 30 days out; Instagram has no such window, but every Instagram post needs at least one image. Video and stories aren't supported yet.
Can one post go to Facebook and Instagram at the same time?
Yes. Each post has a "Publish to" picker listing your connected Pages and Instagram accounts, with one-tap shortcuts for both platforms or either one on its own. Choosing several accounts creates a separate post for each, so one failing never blocks the others, and you can cancel them individually.
Why does Instagram need an image when Facebook doesn't?
Instagram has no text-only post type — its API rejects a post without media. A Facebook Page post can be text alone. If a post is set to publish to Instagram without an image, the composer flags it before you can schedule it.
What can this tool see on my Facebook account?
Only the Pages you manage and grant access to, and — when you ask it to draft a caption — those Pages' own already-public posts. It cannot read your personal profile, your feed, your friends, or your messages.
How are my access tokens stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and used for exactly one thing: publishing the posts you schedule. They're deleted the moment you disconnect.
How do I disconnect?
Use the Disconnect button on this page, which deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove the app from Facebook's Business Integrations settings, which revokes access from their side.
